WHAT IS COACHING?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” It tends to focus more on the present and future than the past.
WHAT IS POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY?
Positive psychology is a branch of social psychology that focuses on strengths, values and what contributes to happiness. It encourages a full range of emotions and builds on what is going well in the life of a person or group to enhance and optimize well-being and life satisfaction.
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY COACHING
is a collaborative, client-centered process aimed at facilitating the accomplishment of personal and organizational goals by identifying strengths, optimizing their use and enhancing well-being. Using research-based tools, it helps people to thrive and flourish.
