Coaching
Using proven research-based methods, we will explore your strengths, values and resources together, and build a road map from where you are to where you want to be. The process will provide insight and tools to help you create or clarify goals, break them down into manageable steps, overcome blocks and make rapid progress. I will support you in achieving what is most important to you. Coaching is currently done by video call or telephone. In-person coaching (Ottawa, Ontario) may also be possible with COVID-19 protocols in place.
Energy Healing
Reiki and Unity Field Healing are powerful natural healing modalities that promote overall wellness. Clients confirm that they are effective in person or at a distance. Based on your healing needs or other aspects you would like to work on, I do sessions that work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Individual sessions are usually about one hour long.
